Hull plating

Hull plating is built up in the "female" mold with insertions for stern and bow recession mechanisms for folding floats (draft 41.21.1.2) and the beam pipe carbon bow Tangun (draft 41.21.2 and 45.32.1). 2.3.1.1.1 Last stage hull laminating process

The process is described in paragraph 2.2.1.

The laminating process starts after the hull and the deck are joint.

All edges and joints must be rounded into a radius of 3 mm, unless otherwise indicated.

All cut edges of laminate must be processed in the manner described in paragraph 2.2.1.

 

2.3.1.2 Formwork decks, cockpit and superstructure

The deck Formwork, cockpit and superstructure is built in the "female" mold with insertions for the stern and bow recession mechanisms for folding floats (draft 41.21.1.2) together with the frame (drainage groove) opening stern storage (draft 41.41.1), the frame opening of the side storage of the cockpit (draft 41.41.2), frame (drainage groove) opening into the cabin (draft 41.41.3), side windows frame of the superstructure (draft 41.41.4) and frame (drainage groove) bow deck hatch (draft 41.41. 5).

Areas where equipment for sailing is installed, the foundation of masts, fences and other equipment are further strengthened. Positions and details of reinforcement are shown in the drawings 41.21.3 and 41.21.3.1.

 

2.3.1.2.1 Last stage deck laminating process

The process is described in paragraph 2.2.1.

The laminating process starts after the hull and the deck are joint.

On all surfaces which are at an angle not exceeding 45 ° Slip resistance should be provided.

All edges and surface joints must be rounded into a radius of 3 mm, unless otherwise indicated.

All cut edges of laminate must be processed in the manner described in paragraph 2.2.1.
